The Human Resources Department is responsible for policy administration, recruitment and retention, onboarding, salary administration, group insurance, personnel record retention, workers’ compensation, employee wellness, labor contract negotiations, employee grievance processing, payroll processing support, training, and many other employee and labor related functions.The Human Resources Department serves as consultants to management in handling corrective action, professional development, and employee relations.
