Recording Time - Policy
No recordings will be accepted after 4:00 PM each business day. This
provides an eight hour time-frame for recording documents between 8:00 AM to
4:00 PM. If any customer is at the counter by 4:00 PM, all documents will be recorded that day.
Documents presented for recording after 4:00 PM, will be recorded commencing
at 8:00 AM the following business day. Those presenting documents for recording should allow sufficient time
for staff to check the documents.
