The Greene County Prosecutor's Office Child Support Unit is the host county for the Springfield Regional Child Support Office (RCSO). The Springfield RCSO provides judicial services for the Missouri Family Support Division for the counties of Greene, Christian and Taney. As the regional office, the Child Support Unit works in conjunction with each county prosecutor to hold non-custodial parents in all three counties responsible for paying child support. Brian joined the Greene County Prosecutor's Office in January 2007, and is from Springfield, Missouri. He received a B.A. in History from Missouri State University in Springfield, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Brian graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2006.
Erin joined the Greene County Prosecutor's Office in January 2008. She received her undergraduate and master's degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia, majoring in Accounting. Erin graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2007.
Cheri joined the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office in December of 2016. She received her B.A. in Criminology with a minor in Sociology from Drury College (now University) in 1996. Cheri graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1999.
Cheri currently serves as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Child Support Unit of the Greene County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in Springfield, MO covering Christian and Taney Counties. She previously served as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Christian County, Missouri from February 2015 until November 2016, as Part-Time Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Webster County, Missouri from September 2011 - December 2015, and as a contract Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Springfield, Missouri from 2001 – 2006. She owned and operated her own law practice from 2005 to 2015.
Andrew joined the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office in August of 2022. A native of southeast Kansas, Andrew moved to Missouri with his wife to live in her home city of Springfield. He graduated from Kansas State University in 2018 with a B.A. in English Literature. He later received his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in May 2022, graduating with a concentration in family law. While in law school, he served on the student executive boards of the Washburn Children and Family Law Center and the Christian Legal Society. He also worked in the Washburn Law Clinic, was a member of the Pro Bono Society, and served as a CASA volunteer outside of law school.
